Summary
Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University’s online MSc Digital Leadership programme has been developed in consultation with industry to equip a new generation of leaders to drive data driven digital transformation. Addressing the talent needs of the future, the degree has been designed to prepare you for leadership roles in digital transformation. It will provide you with a critical appreciation of the transformative potential of digital technologies in business and the opportunities and the challenges associated with digital transformation in a variety of organisational contexts.
As well as providing insight into the role of transformational technologies such as Big Data, Robotics and AI, the programme will also provide you with an appreciation of how these technologies can be employed successfully through strategic innovation and change to deliver operational efficiencies and enhanced customer value. The programme will consider the role of business model innovation and networked markets in transforming industries and economies as well as: customer centricity and harnessing customer networks, the strategic role of data, leadership, organisational agility and cultural transformation.

Based on the result from these two courses you will continue the programme at MSc level. |
