Summary
This is a highly-specialised laboratory-based course designed for graduates pursuing a career in clinical embryology, assisted conception or research in assisted reproduction technology. Although training is given in all laboratory aspects of assisted conception (including semen evaluation, IVF, IVM, ICSI and cryopreservation) in the time available, this training can only represent an introduction to these techniques; graduates wishing to become clinical embryologists will need further training to become competent in those highly specialised techniques.
