You'll typically do your research project at our Brewing and Bioenergy Building. This has a pilot scale brewery and extensive brewing research laboratories.

The course is taught and supervised by experts in brewing and related sciences. It is supported by contributions from specialist brewing practitioners.

For the MRes, in addition to course fees, both full-time and part-time options typically require additional funding from industry or a similar source to allow for completion of the practical component of your research.
