If you are looking for a more quantitatively focused degree and want to progress into a career involving econometrics or economics research this is the programme for you. Whilst sharing core modules with MSc Economics, you will be given a strong foundation in econometrics topics which are taught at a more advanced level.
In addition to core modules you have a wide range of options to choose from to specialise your degree further and tailor it towards your chosen field, be that investment banking, policy-making or further study.

A 2:1 degree with honours in an Economics or related discipline from a recognised university including degrees where Economics is a "minor" subject. Evidence of mathematical/quantitative ability is required.
We do consider all applications where there is evidence of exceptional performance in modules relevant to the programme of study, significant relevant work experience or professional qualifications. We will also consider applicants with 2:1 degrees in quantitative subjects such as Engineering, Physics and Maths.
