Summary

Our MSc Residential Property course focuses on all aspects of residential property, including residential agency, management, appraisal, investment and valuation, development and housing policy. You will explore this specialist arm of real estate, with an emphasis on residential consultancy and agency. You will examine the nature of the real estate and construction industries and how they contribute to the wider economy, the land use planning systems, real estate development process, and the structure of the residential investment market, alongside related legislation and law.

This course is aimed at professionals and gradates wishing to pursue a career in the property and construction industries and professions. **It's suitable for prospective students who don't necessarily have a background in property or construction**, acting as a fast-track conversion course for those with an unrelated undergraduate degree (or professional qualification) who are looking for a route into the industry. In addition, this course is suitable for property and construction professionals working in industry, who wish to specialise in residential property.
