Summary
Building surveyors are advisors for the property and construction industry, advising clients about the design, construction, maintenance and repair of buildings.

These areas encompass a range of activities including surveys, inspections, evaluations and the maintenance and the remediation of defects.
Throughout the course, you’ll focus on the procurement, contract and project management of building works, with an emphasis on both new build and the extension and refurbishment of existing buildings.
