Companies are often strategically organised through a series of projects, programmes and portfolios, which enables them to focus clearly on specific objectives and manage resources effectively to achieve them.
PPM is designed for graduates who want to move into project management, either in their current technical or business field, or into a new filed of expertise. Students on this course can have a very wide range or academic and professional backgrounds.
This course will provide you with a broad set of skills which have wide application. You will learn the methodologies, tools, principles, and philosophies to effectively contribute to the development and management of small and large scale projects, multiple projects, and programmes. Alongside this, you will gain practical experience through applied syndicate activities and current case studies.

2:ii undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
There are no written exams. After each module you will be assessed by a written post-module assignment (PMA). This typically requires 40 – 60 hours of work and consolidates your learning. Some modules will also include an in-module individual or group assessment or test.
9 x Post Module Assignments (3,000 – 4,000 words each) (50% of Masters credit).
20,000 dissertation (50% of Masters credit).
