Summary
Our academically challenging programme will introduce you to current and modern energy technologies for sustainable power generation. You’ll gain expertise and practical skills in areas of energy research including photovoltaics, fuel cells, energy storage and batteries, combustion, electrical power systems, and wind, wave and tidal energy. You’ll learn to design and assess the performance of fuel cells and photovoltaic systems, wind power and hybrid propulsion systems. As well as how thermo-fluid engineering processes can be used for the production of low-carbon energy. This course will particularly suit you if you have previously studied engineering, science or mathematics.

If you don't have the exact entry requirements, but you have significant work experience in this sector we’ll assess your relevant professional experience, your subject knowledge and your aptitude for learning. Your application will be considered on individual merit and you may be asked to attend an interview.
