Summary
This two-year accelerated course is for those who already have an undergraduate degree and some prior healthcare or related experience, and are committed to providing excellence in care and want to becoming a registered nurse.
Our MSc Graduate Entry Nursing (Learning Disability) course will enable you to gain the essential practical skills and theoretical knowledge to deliver outstanding healthcare in a supportive environment.
You'll learn how to care for people with a range of learning disabilities, in many different settings, including where they live, learn and have fun. This gives you the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, as you facilitate the desired lifestyle choices for the individuals that you work with.

Entry requirements | 2:2 (or international equivalent) (2:1 preferred), and GCSE English, maths and a science subject at level 4 (C) or above. Healthcare and/or relevant experience is necessary to meet the NMC requirements. This is demonstrated by you submitting an online portfolio of your experience as a healthcare assistant, support worker, voluntary or other caring responsibilities. Full details are provided after a conditional offer of a place has been made. IELTS: 7.0 (no less than 7.0 in any element). |
