Develop business-competent HR practices within a global context with this fully online MSc International Human Resource Management.
The essence of the programme considers the international dimension and implications of all core HRM practices and their impact on core business functions, including the complexities of managing people across multiple countries, legislative frameworks and cultures, management of expat staff and workforce diversity.

Developed by leading academics in the University of Liverpool’s AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS accredited Management School, you will engage with emerging contemporary issues for HRM including changing work practices and forms of flexible and remote working, and the impact of technology including the use of AI and big data.
