Summary
This course offers a comprehensive lecture and seminar based programme on law, management and policy relating to patents, copyright, trademarks and other rights; it provides international and comparative perspectives that cover not just traditional intellectual property issues like industrial property, literary and artistic works and brands, but new and emerging areas of policy including the digital economy and biotechnology.
