| Entry requirements | At least three years’ experience in a managerial/professional HR role and a second-class honours degree or equivalent (CIPD Level 5). Alternatively, a minimum of five years’ experience in a managerial/professional HR role would be considered if no prior degree is held. Level 2 Maths and English will need to be evidenced prior to end-point assessment (EPA). Candidates must be in a role that supports the gathering of the portfolio evidence required for the Senior Professional People Apprenticeship 'standard'. Individual employers may set additional selection criteria in discussion with the University.
