Summary
UCL works in partnership with around 200 primary schools, nurseries and children's centres to enable students to fully prepare to be a primary teacher with an Early Years Foundation Stage/Key Stage 1 focus. We welcome a wide range of students each year to our Primary PGCE programmes and traditionally under-represented groups are particularly encouraged to apply. Our cohorts are typically very diverse, reflecting school communities across London.

Summary
The Early Years Foundation Stage/Key Stage 1 full-time route will prepare students for the award of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in line with the requirements of the Teachers' Standards (2012).
