Summary

This course aims to enhance the professional capability of anyone working in the field of Human Resources and will enable you to make a significant professional contribution to the management of Human Resources Development in an organisation or sector by using the following skills:

personal drive and effectiveness people management development and leadership business understanding professional and ethical behaviour continuing learning analytical and intuitive / creative thinking

You can choose to study the PgDip as a stand alone qualification or you can choose to complete the full Masters qualification. Both courses are approved by the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) and meet the CIPD Advanced Standards. This means on successful completion of the Postgraduate Diploma or MSc you'll become an Associate member of the CIPD. In addition the programme provides you with the knowledge to upgrade to either Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow levels of professional membership, providing you meet the respective criteria as set by the CIPD.
