Summary
The MA in Global Operations and Logistics Management is an exciting new prospect for the Liverpool Hope Business School, designed for those who are seeking a managerial or consulting position in global operations, logistics and supply chain management. Not only will it expand students’ capabilities, in preparation for leading and directing organisations effectively. But it will develop students’ analytical, critical, practical and intellectual skills, and equip them with strategic thinking, expertise and capability to assist and direct organisations to become operational excellence in this turbulent and complex global economy.
Global Operations and Logistics Management is a discipline that aims to create the highest level of efficiency within an organization to maximize profits through the conversion of materials and labour into goods and services. This is a fundamental and central activity for all types and sizes of organisation across all sectors. This programme will provide both theoretical and practical insights into efficient and effective Global Operations and Logistics Management.
This MA will appeal to students who are seeking a highly relevant postgraduate qualification in Operations Management and Logistics that is underpinned by multidisciplinary and specialist modules. Students will be exposed to new ways of approaching problems and issues faced by the modern business and learn how to apply studied theories practically and successfully to solve them.
