This programme is suitable for those wishing to carry out a short, in depth research project, and not attend taught programmes. The programme consists of induction courses, an eight-month research project and a period to write it up. The degree is carefully tailored to your interests, and can be particularly suitable for people undertaking research in a work-based context wishing to gain an academic qualification.

Upper 2nd Class Honours degree, or its equivalent, in a relevant subject. Industry based experience will be considered, with demonstration of appropriate skills. Students whose 1st language is not English must provide evidence of proficiency in the English language: IELTS score 6.5 or equivalent or equivalent qualification.
