Graduate College - We’re one of a handful of collegiate universities in the UK, with a dedicated college for postgraduate students, as well as postgraduate-only facilities in the city for students not based on campus.
Quality accommodation - In the National Student Housing Awards 2019 Lancaster's accommodation was awarded Best University Halls. This is the eighth time we have won this award since 2010. At the same awards, we also retained the International Accommodation Quality Mark, for providers that achieve higher than 90% satisfaction from their overseas students.
City, coast and countryside - A short bus ride or cycle will take you from our campus into the heart of Lancaster – a city full of character and culture. 10 minutes from the famous Lancashire coast, half an hour from the Lake District, and only 2.5 hours from London.
Investment - Over £220 million has been invested to develop campus since 2013. Recently investment has been made into a new sports hall, new management school building and a £41 million Health Innovation Campus. Work is currently underway to further extend the library building which is a very popular space with students and is home to a living tree!
