Summary
The course provides a specialist programme of study in the fields of national, regional (European Union) and international environmental law regimes. Specific emphasis is given to the most prominent challenges, such as climate change, and the rapidly changing regulatory and policy issues that emanate from them. The programme also incorporates links with other disciplines such as human rights, trade, commerce, economics and international development in the southern hemisphere.
