About this course
This course examines the elements of a successful engineering business and how to find solutions to critical engineering management problems. Using management techniques and resource optimisation, you will be able to boost operations, productivity and competitiveness. You will learn to develop and manage projects effectively, and use advanced management software tools and IT to expand a business. Activities include interactive lectures, problem-based learning, laboratory work, team building and case studies. Through an individual project, you will gain expertise in a chosen field to suit your career.
