UWTSD has three main campuses in South West Wales - Carmarthen, Lampeter and Swansea ‒ as well as a campus in London and learning centres in Cardiff and Birmingham. Founded in Lampeter in 1822, we pride ourselves on the quality of our teaching and support provided to students. Swansea Business School has delivered its MBA programme to students from around the world for over twenty years. MBA Sustainability Leadership (Online)
Studying for this MBA it is your mind that does the travelling. There is no required attendance: it is fully online. The programme aims to develop creative leaders, who will collaboratively address present global challenges and opportunities with the insights and skills to shape an inclusive and sustainable future for business and society.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The MBA is an internationally respected general management qualification, which enhances the skills and competences of experienced managers, but also provides a launch into a management career for more recent graduates.
The Online MBA
The MBA (online learning) provides access to our existing full-time MBA programme but with the flexibility of continuing with your existing employment and lifestyle. There are no attendance requirements for the online MBA so you can choose to study from anywhere in the world, continuing your professional and also your personal commitments without interruption.
Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
A new DBA experience, learn with world changing thinkers, academics and practitioners. The part-time blended DBA explores complexity, identity and the way leaders and managers shape the world around them. Delivered by leading industry and academic experts, we provide powerful award-winning online social learning experiences.

Course Variety and Flexibility
We offer more than 250 different Postgraduate qualifications across our five academic faculties; Architecture, Computing and Engineering, Art and Design, Business and Management, Education and Communities and Humanities and Performing Arts. You can choose from postgraduate certificates through to taught Master’s and professional doctorates. Most of our courses are available part-time and many can be studied via blended learning or online.
