This course will prepare and provide you with expertise in intercultural theory and practice, as well as specialist knowledge of global patterns in language use and the dynamics of communication amongst people from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Effective intercultural communication is important for success in the world of business and this course will help you to develop your own effective oral and written business communication skills, use of professional language and confidence in communication.

Applicants will normally hold an undergraduate degree in any subject with a minimum pass of 2:2, or equivalent overseas qualification. If you have no formal qualifications, but have extensive industry experience, your application may be considered on an individual basis, and you may be required to attend an interview.
IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component or equivalent.
