Entry requirements | A. Applicants require a 2:1 UG degree or MSc from a related subject area such as: sport and exercise, sports coaching, strength and conditioning, sports science, physical education, osteopathy, physiotherapy. OR B. Applicants with a 2:2 UG or relevant work-related experience from a related subject area such as: sport and exercise, sports coaching, strength and conditioning, sports science, physical education, osteopathy, physiotherapy will be considered on a case by case basis (e.g. personal statement, CV, references, informal meeting). IELTS overall score of 6.5, with no less other element lower than a 5.5 A current satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required. Throughout the duration of the course, students have a duty to inform the course director as soon as they are aware, if there are any changes to their good character. Annual declarations of ‘good character’ will also be required throughout the duration of the course as per regulatory requirements. Potential breaches of professional conduct will be subject to the fitness to practice procedures, as per standard process. See CCCU DBS requirements. |
