Summary
Our course will suit you whether you’re already working in marketing, or new to the subject and hoping to move into a marketing role in the future.
Marketing has expanded beyond anyone’s expectations with the advent of mobile communications and social media. Our course has been designed to make sure you gain a good grasp of these new technologies, as well as more traditional marketing techniques such as conducting market research and communicating effectively across a number of channels.
More than ever before, organisations are demanding proof that their marketing is working. And so we also look at measurable and classifiable marketing techniques, and aim to give you the skills and knowledge to quantify and qualify your marketing campaigns.
Our course brings you into close contact with a wide range of specialists from the fields of business and marketing. Many of our tutors maintain close links with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CiM), and our course follows the Institute's guidelines.
You'll benefit from resources and facilities specifically designed for our marketing and business students. They include an innovative, computer-based 3D marketing simulation game that allows you to engage with key concepts of marketing.
More generally, Lord Ashcroft International Business School is one of the largest business schools in the east of England. You'll be able to use our state-of-the-art teaching and learning facilities, study areas, campus libraries with online databases containing professional journals, plus our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) through which you can access study resources and help.
