This practical Masters in Air Transport Operations is delivered in four-day blocks across the weekend. It allows you to study while keeping up with your work commitments.
The course offers important benefits for those aspiring to higher management roles. By examining the industry from a global perspective, the course will improve your understanding of business strategy. In addition, you will enhance your understanding of economics and finance as they apply to aviation, preparing you for the challenges faced by decision-makers in the sector.

| Entry requirements | The general entry requirements for admission on to the Executive MSc Air Transport Operations and Management course are as follows: • Successful completion of an undergraduate honours degree at grade 2:2 or above and evidence of a minimum of one-year’s continuous employment history in the aviation/transport/travel industry or a closely related field. For applicants who do not hold an undergraduate honours degree at grade 2:2 or above, one of the following requirements must be met: • Currently hold or have previously held a professional licence such as an unfrozen Air Transport Pilots’ Licence (ATPL), Aircraft Maintenance Licence (Cat A or B), Air Traffic Controller licence and evidence of a minimum of two-year’s continuous employment history in the aviation/transport/travel industry or • Evidence of a minimum of ten year’s continuous employment history in the aviation/transport/travel industry of which five year’s must be at a managerial level. International students need to meet the English language requirement by achieving an IELTS at 6.5 or above with a minimum of 6.0 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening). |
