Summary
This programme will prepare you for contemporary School Nursing practice and entry to the third part of the professional NMC register.
You’ll acquire the theoretical knowledge and practical experience required to practice safely and to promote and improve the health and wellbeing of children, young people, families and communities.

Entry requirements | You will normally possess an Ordinary bachelor's degree. You must be a Registered Nurse on part 1 or Midwife on part 2 of the NMC register. If you have recently graduated from your pre-registration nursing education course and have applied for NMC registration then you may also be considered for the programme. Due to the practice placement element of the course you must be a nurse working in schools or have secured a trainee/student School Nurse post and therefore be fully supported by an NHS employer or an Independent School to undertake the programme. |
