This course gives you a critical understanding of cognitive behavioural models of anxiety disorders and depression. You’ll develop the skills to deliver high-quality, cognitive behavioural interventions across this range of problems.
We currently offer one pathway through this course:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Common Mental Health Difficulties.
This course is offered in partnership between the School of Psychology at the University of Sussex, one of the largest psychology units in the UK, and the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Common Mental Health Difficulties.
This course is offered in partnership between the School of Psychology at the University of Sussex, one of the largest psychology units in the UK, and the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
The duration of this course is 12 months. If you’re a self-funding student, you can also choose to study this course over 18 months, where you work on most of your assessments between January and October, and submit your final portfolio at the end of the 18 months.
