This MA is for you if culture, technology, power and business excite and intrigue you.
You study cultural industries, institutions, texts, identities and practices from a critical perspective. You’ll explore the meaning of culture as politics and philosophy, and also:
- explore cultural innovation, promotion and value in a fast-changing world
- understand how business, technology and the law are redefining cultural practices today
- gain professional skills needed by cultural and creative organisations in the private and public sectors.
Our careers team will support you with your application for placements. The vibrant city of Brighton & Hove is a hub for cultural, creative and activist enterprise.
We understand that deciding where and what to study is a very important decision. We’ll make all reasonable efforts to provide you with the courses, services and facilities described in this prospectus.
