Summary
Develop knowledge of the application of science and technology to the provision of safe and high-quality food, and gain the ability to apply and maintain quality systems that meet international expectations. Study topics such as microbes, food safety and health, food control management, risk analysis in the food chain, and sustainable manufacturing and process design.
