The LLM in International Trade Transactions offers you an opportunity to gain specialist expertise in a very important area of international commercial law.
Developing countries require more lawyers educated in this area, as the economic development of such countries necessitates deepening involvement in the international trade process and its underpinning legal structures.
This course provides you with the core knowledge and understanding of the background to international trade, the transactional conditions conductive to its development, and the specific and general problems which threaten the success of individual transactions.

A minimum Upper Second class honours degree, or the equivalent, in law.
This programme is a specialised course and not all Law degrees will provide the appropriate background. Potential applicants are advised that transcripts will be checked to ensure appropriate material has been covered.
