Summary
You will learn about well-being and engagement in the workplace; processes for bringing groups together, such as appreciative inquiry, emotionally intelligent leadership, and how to build flourishing organisations, create resilient teams and ensure that business organisations contribute to a better world. At the heart of this programme are strengths-based approaches to organisational development, experiential case-study and mastery-based learning pedagogy.
