Summary
This is a design-based career conversion/ development course at the Master’s level. It’s for anyone who has a passion for landscape architecture, but a first degree in any other subject.
It brings together 'conversion' modules of the postgraduate diploma, with modules from the MA taken by those holding an undergraduate landscape degree, combined into a 'straight through' programme for direct entry to the UK profession at Licentiate status.
It is fully accredited by the Landscape Institute.
This course covers:
design modules, where you lead the landscape design process, using a range of drawing and modelling techniques and software taught in the studio; and theory/ professional practice, where we explore the issues affecting our environment, visit, study, and discuss professional landscape architecture. This is a two-year programme (full-time) and the fee varies each year. You may also consider applying for the postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture.
