Summary
The way we live is changing rapidly. Changing demographics and the emergence of new technologies are shifting the way in which we use and share spaces. What is the role of design in a world that's changing so quickly? What will the office, library, or store of the future look like? This interior architecture programme explores those questions in a rigorous and creative way. You will look into the links between everyday life and design practices, and examine the relationship between cultural, social, political, and technological changes. You'll also explore the ways in which interior architecture and design are still evolving to respond to - or challenge - these ideas.
This is a hands-on programme, in line with the School's focus on making as well as learning. You will work on real-life projects and cover real scenarios as part of the course.
