The MA Creative Entrepreneurship is a unique and challenging course that links individual creativity with entrepreneurship to provide the ways, means and support you need to fulfil your potential and make your mark in the creative sector.
This was the first Masters in Creative Entrepreneurship in the UK and it is unique in its focus on the individual creativity of its students. By linking creativity to entrepreneurship, it is designed to give you the skills and experience you need to work independently in the creative sector with integrity, innovation and enterprise. This interdisciplinary course is for you if you aspire to work in the creative sector and have aims and objectives that are not primarily focused on commercial outcomes. This includes visual artists, creative writers, musicians, performing artists and recent arts graduates seeking to work in the context of cultural provision.
On this unique programme you will discover and acquire the key skills required to sustain a creative practice in the 21st century. If you’re seriously looking for an alternative to being an employee and want to take on the challenge of working independently in a creative practice or creative venture, this course will support you in achieving your ambitions.
You will meet, mingle with and learn from successful creative artists established in your area of work and receive critically focused feedback and direction to sustain and develop your creative ideas and creative activity. You will also benefit from our many specialist visiting speakers, who will support your needs and help you move towards your aspirations.
