Summary

International commerce drives the global economy and, in turn, international legal practice. This course offers a broad range of core and optional modules across the different fields of international commercial law, from international litigation to intellectual property law to international economic law.

You will have the opportunity to learn, discuss and debate a wide range of subjects such as the law on patents, on transnational contracts, on financial services, and on international investments.

You'll also be able to gain interdisciplinary knowledge of certain topics including natural resources law, and energy law.

From the beginning, we will encourage you to think strategically about the best choice of modules to prepare you for your future career.
