This MSc course in Banking and Finance will enhance your professional skills and employability in the banking and finance sector. It is aligned with the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) syllabus, this course gives you the skills you need to work in today’s banking and finance industry with a focus on concepts such as credit risk management, strategy, corporate governance and ethics, sustainability, and quantitative techniques.
You will learn through hands-on experience the importance of innovation within banking and finance to increase your future employability.
In the final year, students have the opportunity to apply key skills within their final projects in the form of a dissertation, new business development proposal or a case study analysis.

Learning Students will take six modules to gain greater understanding in the areas of corporate governance and ethics, investment banking, operations, and technology.
There is also a final project which may take the form of a dissertation, case study analysis or the writing of a new business proposal.
Teaching methods The course will be delivered at Queen’s Park.
Delivery will be blended between classroom and online provision.
