Summary
Designed for those with aspirations towards senior management positions within football and sport, this unique online Masters programme allows students to study a postgraduate qualification from the comfort of their own home.
A first for UCFB, students now have the opportunity to study UCFB’s MSc International Sport Management programme in a full, online delivery format.
By having the opportunity to learn from the comfort of their own home, programme participants will be able to gain a further qualification to enhance their career prospects in a format that offers flexible hours and the chance to dictate their own work-life balance to fit around other commitments. This programme is ideal for those who already work, or aspire to work, in senior positions within the sports industry, and offers the flexibility to allow participants to gain a Masters degree qualification around their busy lifestyle.
The programme is available through the UCFB Online Hub, which is accessible on mobile devices including tablets, phones and laptops. The UCFB Online Hub also has app which you can download to access the programme content. This means you can truly study while on the go and around your other commitments.
UCFB’s unique MSc International Sport Management (Online) provides an unparalleled educational and experiential opportunity for aspiring sports leaders. This pioneering programme has been developed as a transformational journey suited for graduates of all disciplines, as well as for current professionals working within various sectors of the football and sports industry, for example in management, marketing or operations.
In addition to the online degree programme delivered by UCFB, students also have the option be able to enhance their understanding of the business and operations of a sporting superpower through a unique period spent at the Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea, the educational arm of the world’s biggest football club.
Thanks to UCFB’s unique partnership, students who successfully complete their optional learning experience in Spain will also be awarded a separate Diploma in Sport Management from the Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea.
Graduates of the MSc Sport Management (Online) programme will be awarded degrees by our esteemed academic partner institution, Bucks New University.

Entry requirements | You will already hold a Bachelor’s degree with 2:1 classification in a sport-related degree. Applicants who hold a sport-related degree classification of 2:2 or below or, a non-sport related degree, or significant professional experience will be considered on a case by case basis and may be required to submit a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate sports management experience. Students with relevant previous study at postgraduate level or with extensive experience may also be considered eligible. Applicants will be expected to participate in and pass an academic led interview with senior members of the UCFB team, as well as submitting an outstanding personal statement and highly supportive academic and professional references. Interviews can be held over Skype or, if based in the UK, at UCFB campuses. Successful applicants will be invited to attend one of our interview sessions following a review of their application.
