Through a variety of options, students are able to engage with biblical studies, ecclesiology, missiology and church history in some depth. Students acquire critical interpretive and theological tools that build on the BA (Hons) in theology programme. They learn to develop insights that speak to contemporary issues; the programme is designed to give applicants the opportunity to develop aspects of particular interest at a postgraduate level; it are of interest for people who wish to devote a year to more in-depth, focussed and critical study of theology, often as part of a programme of continuing professional development.
