The MRes in Sport, Health and Applied Science is a unique opportunity for you to undertake a Master’s degree, with a specific research focus.

The programme is a one year (full-time) or two year (part-time) course that aims to provide research-orientated training in a vibrant educational environment.

The degree will be ideal for you if you have completed an undergraduate research project and have an interest in developing your research ideas in collaboration with a selected supervisor. If you have a long-term interest in completing a PhD or pursuing a career in research you will benefit from undertaking this MRes programme.

We have a number of established research relationships with professional organisations, clinics and businesses. These connections can provide some MRes students with the rare opportunity to complete a collaborative project in an applied research environment.
