This course equips you with an in-depth insight into supportive oncology, with cancer rehabilitation as an integral component. It aims to enhance and evolve professional practice, supporting the workforce in managing the functional impairments and quality of life consequences of cancer and its treatment.\ The award has been developed in collaboration with cancer rehabilitation specialists. It has also been informed through consultation with the UK Association of Supportive Oncology & Cancer Care.
This Postgraduate Certificate can be imported and subsumed within the MSc Supportive Oncology & Cancer, should you wish to continue your studies and apply for progression.\ With an estimated 4 million people projected to be living with a cancer diagnosis by 2030, rising to 5 million by 2040, the need for supportive oncology and cancer rehabilitation continues to grow.
