Summary
During the first two weeks, Financial Management module will take place, students will be introduced to the basic concepts and models of modern financial theories. They will learn how a start-up can be financiered, they will discover the new Fintech tools and how assets and companies are valuated. All this courses are given by experimented guest and professors in the domain. Complementary company visits are organized to enrich this module.
An entrepreneurial environment will follow in the last two weeks in order to complete this summer program. Students will have the opportunity to gain experience by exploring Swiss and international companies by analysing international business environment. This focus on visionary and entrepreneurial thinking will provide participants the capabilities to undertake entrepreneurial and organizational activities. Participants will learn the characteristics of entrepreneurs and how entrepreneurial activity systems are designed. They will also learn how to apply and use the entrepreneurial model of vision in order to understand entrepreneurial behaviour in multicultural environments and use it as a basis to develop their own system of visionary and entrepreneurial thinking.
At the end of the course, students should be able to act entrepreneurially, be capable to identify business opportunities, and establishing the support structure needed to translate their ideas into action.
