Summary

This course is designed for those seeking practical solutions to real challenges, and to enhance business decision-making while reducing operational friction. It caters to professionals at any stage in their career who are committed to navigating future challenges and advancing their management skills, both in theory and in practice.

You'll develop an advanced understanding of leadership styles and effective people management, learning to adapt your approach based on situational needs and individual dynamics. You'll acquire the essential tools needed for designing, structuring, enhancing, analysing and leading a variety of organisations and operations all over the world – equipping you with the skills to inspire teams and foster adaptability, creativity, imagination and innovative problem-solving.

You’ll also dive into the complexities of managing organisational change, addressing challenges such as mergers, acquisitions and new technology – which can be difficult and costly. By adopting a strategic vision and using proven frameworks, you’ll learn to guide transformations that shape expectations and instil confidence.

You’ll have the opportunity to choose special electives, such as Cybersecurity, where you’ll explore security technologies, cybercrime and the psychology behind scams and data breaches, and learn how to implement online safety. Alternatively, you could delve into Artificial Intelligence (AI), a rapidly evolving field poised to reshape industries through transformative innovations. Each elective is designed to provide you with deeper expertise and a global perspective, positioning you as a future leader.

You can also apply to join our Luxury Lab consultancy series: an extra-curricular project giving you the chance to collaborate with a small group of students across the University on a real challenge a luxury brand is facing. Recent partners have included Estée Lauder Companies, Laurent Perrier and Fortnum & Mason.
