Summary

MSc Leadership and Strategic Management programme is a one-year programme focused on leadership styles and strategic thinking in the managerial field. The programme is designed for working professionals who aspire to become managers and leaders, or those already at executive level who wish to transform their experience into a formal qualification

During the year, you will gain a deeper understanding of leadership and ethics across cultural contexts, and how these factors impact employee management and strategic decision-making. A unique work-based portfolio allows you to examine and reflect on your own performance and practice and bring that learning into your organization.

This industry-integrated degree programmes is designed exclusively for working professionals, and offers a convenient fast-track to achieving a Master’s degree. Programmes are undertaken in the Digital Campus and offer workplace projects, created in consultation with your lecturer and employer, that can later be implemented into your organization.

*If you are employed by a company which agrees to contribute towards funding your studies, PCU will match employer funding up to 20% of the tuition fee. For example, if your employer agrees to pay 10% of your fees, PCU will match it. If they agree to 50% of your fees, PCU will match it by 20%. Note: Applicants who apply for and are successfully awarded a scholarship are not eligible to benefit from this bursary, even if their company agrees to cover the cost of their tuition fees.
