University of SouthamptonPostgrad Solutions is hosting a Postgrad Insights webinar with the University of Southampton about studying English and Creative Writing on Friday 24th May 2024, at 11am BST.

In this webinar you will find out what it is like to study English and Creative Writing at postgraduate level at the University of Southampton. Professors Kevin Brazil and Toby Litt will guide you in an analysis of the openings of classic novels, introduce you to theories of narrative beginnings, and guide you in thinking about how to write a striking opening of your own.

This online event is suitable for students interested in MA English Literary Studies and MA Creative Writing, and will also include application advice.

It will be followed by a Q&A with the professors – please send any questions you have in advance to Gareth@postgradsolutions.com.
