This lecture – delivered by a current student as part of London Met University’s Subject Matters series – will explore how the media can cause moral panics.
Attendees of this lecture will:
- Examine the cause and effects of moral panics on society.
- Discover how the media plays a role in our world views.
- Compare statistics to explore views on topics such as knife crime and Covid-19
- Find out how London Met will support you on your journey to a degree in sociology
