Heriot-Watt UniversityPostgrad Insights is hosting a webinar with Heriot-Watt University about Actuarial Science and Management on Thursday 5th February 2026, at 9am GMT.

Are you considering an actuarial career or are you already in the midst of your actuarial exams and looking to accelerate your progress? If so, this webinar is for you. During the online event, an experienced academic from Heriot-Watt University will discuss what an actuary is, the role they play, and the steps you can take to pursue an actuarial career.

The session will also cover details of the actuarial MSc courses offered by Heriot-Watt, potential career opportunities, and provide a glimpse of what life on campus is like. Current students will join to share their experiences and insights into studying in Edinburgh. There will also be a live Q&A – send questions in advance to webinars@postgradsolutions.com.
