Summary
This is a follow on postgraduate course for TCM trained acupuncture practitioners to add Chinese Medicine to their discipline. Students can choose between the two year diploma course or the three year Masters course. The course is a blend of live online taught classes, e-learning, home study and in-clinic learning at the teaching clinic at the Northern College of Acupuncture.
It is validated by the University College of Osteopathy and accredited by the European Herbal & Traditional Medicine Practitioners Association (EHTPA). After the two taught years successful students can join the Register for Chinese Herbal Medicine (RCHM) and add herbal medicine to their existing practice.
Eligible students need to have an initial degree or degree level training in TCM Chinese medicine - or demonstrate that they have home studied this to the required level, and be a member of a professional body.
