West Dean College has great funding opportunities available
West Dean College has some great funding opportunities available for postgraduate students starting their PG programs in Autumn 2019.
This includes brand new funding for Horology – a course that will appeal to students from engineering, science, maths, mechanical, history and other disciplines. This new Horology Bursary is worth up to £20,000 and is available to new students applying to study Clocks and Related Objects at West Dean College of Arts and Conservation. Interested students need to be applying for the Graduate Diploma or MA Conservation Studies, with Clocks specialism; or FdA Historic Craft Practices – Clocks, a foundation degree in clock-making. The deadline for applications for this scholarship is Thursday 1st August 2019.
West Dean is also offering the new West Dean College Bursary for International students. This new bursary of up to £5,000 is available to new international applicants for Fine Art or Conservation programmes at West Dean College of Arts and Conservation. This bursary is for international students studying one of the following programs: MFA; Graduate in Fine Art; MA Conservation Studies; Graduate Diploma Conservation Studies (Conservation specialisms include Ceramics, Metalwork, Clocks and Furniture). The deadline for applications for this scholarship is Sunday 30th June 2019.
