Summary

The newly developed MA in Creative and Professional Practice (Performing Arts) programme will challenge you not only in your range of knowledge and skills but through increasing autonomy and industrial confidence. You will experience a selection of intensive creative processes exploring choreographic, psychosomatic and/or devising principles through dance and/or acting. The multidisciplinary nature of this course will expose you to a range of practical, methodological and philosophical discourses relevant to a contemporary creative and performance practice. Collaboration will optimise learning opportunities across all practical and theoretical activity and will prepare you for a range of careers within the creative industries. Graduates will be able to work across the creative and performing arts industries undertaking careers as artists, illustrators, designers, photographers, performers, teachers, choreographers, producers, academics and critics
