Gain the leadership skills and open the door to new career possibilities in the fields of housing, urban and neighbourhood management and community planning.

This practical, short course will help you on your way to becoming a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH). You will engage in place shaping, economic development, public service delivery and the governance of urban areas.

As part of your course you’ll:

  • Use real-life case studies to examine current issues affecting housing and regeneration and learn how to tackle them

  • Take part in group and individual projects to build on your current experience

  • Have access to key players in housing and neighbourhood management, giving you invaluable contacts after you graduate
