The course is vocational and practice-oriented, geared to people working (or aspiring to work) in libraries, archives, museums and other workplaces, such as business, government, legal, financial, media and publishing organisations, and other information and knowledge managers seeking a professional qualification. The course is taught by a combination of the department’s full time staff and external experts from library services and related domains.
